ISLA welcomes submissions on timely topics
to our web-site. They must be thoroughly researched and well written.
Articles of a commercial nature will not be considered. Interviews of
popular leaders, government figures and policy makers are most welcome.
Please send submissions to our email address or our P.O. Box with appropriate
contact information for the author. We will contact you if we decide
to include your submission.

or call our offices. Please provide the following information: country
or region of interest, association with a non-profit organization or
any other institution, full name, mailing address, phone number and
email address (if applicable.) We can promise rapid processing of your
